A FIELD RESEARCH ON THE COMPANYS' SPECIFIC CONDITIONS of MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT AND PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE INFORMATION SYSTEMS IN TURKEY

Amaç: Çalışmada, sanayideki dijital dönüşüm süreçleri ile Türkiye’de bakım yönetim ve kestirimci bilişim sistemleri kullanımlarının firmaya özgü durumlar karşısındaki olası farklılıklarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Ampirik yöntemin benimsendiği çalışmada, 641 sektör profesyoneline uygulanan anket elde edilen veriler sistem bütüncül yaklaşımlar ışığında parametrik olmayan Kruskall Wallis Mann Whitney fark testlerine tabi tutulmuştur. Bulgular: Bakım sistemleri, performans göstergeleri test değişkenlerinin durumların kullanım şeklinin literatür paralel olan farklılıklar gösterdiği Türkiyede düşük verimlilik düzeyi olduğu yönünde bulgulara ulaşılmıştır. Özgünlük: Makalede, çoğunlukla alt-sistem düzeyinde özel çalışmalara odaklanan literatürdeki boşluğa işaret edilerek teknolojisi yatırımları, organizasyonel seviyede yapılan değerlendirmeler ele alınmış, bilgisayarlı sistemlerinin farklılığın yanı sıra göstergelerinin bu iki değişkenle ilintisi bir yaklaşım ortaya konulmuştur.
